Online and telephone orders for delivery

We are processing online and telephone orders for delivery as normal:

  • There are no product shortages
  • We continue to ship daily direct to your door with contact free delivery via Royal Mail and DPD

On site Installations

As of 11-05-2020 we have restarted installations at our farm in a limited capacity with the following procedures in place to keep our staff and customers safe.

Preparation before arrival at Falcon
Fill up your van with water if staying overnight (water and Elsan point are currently unavailable)
An electric point will be available at your pitch
Showers will be closed
One customer toilet will be available & Staff toilets will be separate.
Hand wash and Sanitizer will be available on site and advised it is used regularly.
A face mask will be issued on arrival and a request that this is worn when in contact with any member of staff.

Installation Procedure
Upon arrival someone will meet you, advise where your pitch is, allocate your face masks and welcome pack and take a contact number. You will be sited in Pitch 1
Please remain in your van until we call or text to say we are ready for you to leave your van and go to the waiting room.
Leave the keys for caravan or motor home on the dining table in your van and unlocked.
Use the site map given on arrival to guide you to the waiting room and customers toilet, these will be highlighted for you.
The highlighted areas are the only facilities that will be open to you at this time.
Do NOT come into the office or enter into any other rooms or buildings.
Make sure when leaving your van that you take all your personal items you may need in the waiting room, as well as drinks and food you may require. There will be a TV and a kettle in the waiting area, but cups and provisions for making drinks has been removed at this time, so please provide your own if required.
Once your van has been vacated and the installation has begun then there will be no access allowed until the installation has been completed.
Our engineers will be working on your van with face mask and gloves on.
Our engineer will locate all equipment in the most appropriate places within the van, should you have any specific requirements then we suggest you call or email us before arrival.
Once we have completed the installation the engineer will sanitise where we have worked.
When the installation is complete you will be texted or called to let you know it is safe for you to return to your van
Your van will be sited on Pitch 2.

Handover
Due to the social distancing rule that is currently implemented we are unable to give a face to face handover.
All your information, user manuals and a document showing where the equipment has been installed will be in a file with your keys on the dining room table.

Payment
We can take payment by card over the phone or by bank transfer.

Notes
We will not be able to offer lifts to the train station.
You can go for a walk off site if your wish, the canal is close by and a map will be provided on arrival (gate code provided in your welcome pack)
There be no face to face interaction with any other persons on site
The waiting room will be available for the inhabitants of one Van only at a time.
Do not leave your van on arrival until instructed.
Masks provided on arrival must be worn when sharing same space as Falcon staff
