These Terms & Conditions are applicable only for orders placed on this website (www.falcontechnology.co.uk) and telephone orders.

Delivery

“Next Day Delivery” is a service provided by our carriers and we cannot be held liable if an order does not arrive on the next business day after sending.
If any product develops a fault within the guarantee period we will repair free of charge or, replace at our discretion.
Claims for shortages or damage to the goods in transit must be notified in writing to the company within 3 business days of receipt.
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis or on a ‘use or return’ basis – other than where covered by your Right to Cancel below

Pricing Policy and Contract Formation

Neither the receipt of your order by us nor the receipt of our confirmation of order by you constitutes the acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer to sell.
We reserve the right to limit the order quantity of any item and will notify you as soon as possible of any such action.
We reserve the right not to do business with any individual or company at our absolute discretion.
Subject to the other terms and conditions any order shall only be deemed to have been accepted when we have expressly confirmed that we have accepted your order and have shipped the goods to you.
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
All prices include VAT at the current rate unless stated otherwise

Return of faulty goods

All new products have a minimum of a 12 month return to base warranty.
If any product develops a fault within the guarantee period we will repair free of charge or, replace at our discretion.
A returns authorisation number must be obtained before returning any goods.
The goods must be returned to the address given on issue of the returns authorisation number.
Goods must be returned at your own risk, for your own protection please insure the goods and ensure a signature is obtained for the goods on arrival at our premises.
If when an item is tested no fault is found we may ask for a contribution towards the cost to return the item to yourself.

Your Right To Cancel

You have 14 days to cancel the order from the day after that on which you received the goods.
You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing by mail with proof of delivery or email with a return-receipt obtained and must be dated and sent to our correct business address or email address as listed on our contact page.
A returns authorisation number must be obtained before returning the goods.
The goods must be returned to the address given on issue of the returns authorisation number.
If the goods are not complete, new and unused then a restocking fee may apply dependant upon any damage or loss to product or packaging.
Goods must be returned at your own cost and risk, please insure the goods and ensure a signature is obtained for the goods on arrival at our premises.
During the period prior to official receipt by us of the goods being returned, the customer must look after the goods and ensure they are insured at their own cost.
You may not cancel your order if any software supplied with the product or as the product has been unsealed.
Refunds will be made within 30 days to the original credit/charge/debit card the goods were purchased on or in the case of a cheque payment a cheque written to the original person/company who issued the original cheque as applicable.
If we agree to accept goods back after 14 days then a restocking fee of 30% of the value of the original sale would be applicable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
